Welcome!

My Philosophy

I am a Naturopathic Doctor…

A practitioner who seeks to explore and understand all of your symptoms—inside and out.

Who views you as a whole, interconnected person—not just a list of symptoms or a diagnosis.

Who meets you where you’re at, listens closely, and respects your capacity—without judgment.

Who strives to bridge the gap between conventional and natural therapies.

Who is here to inform, guide, and support you throughout your journey.

Who is willing to return to the drawing board whenever a roadblock arises.

Who is dedicated to helping you build a strong, sustainable foundation of health—one that honours who you are—so you’re not just managing symptoms, but truly learning how to survive and thrive.

My Story

How My Path Shapes the Way I Care for You:

My approach to naturopathic medicine is rooted not only in training—but in lived experience.

I came to holistic care after struggling deeply with my own health. I understand the frustration and overwhelm that may be bringing you here—the sense that something isn’t right, and that conventional care alone hasn’t provided the clarity or relief you’re seeking.

For over a decade, I navigated life with an autoimmune condition alongside chronic pain, fatigue, anxiety, digestive concerns, painful periods, adult acne, and weight fluctuations. Like many patients, I learned how disruptive it can be to live in a body that feels unpredictable—and how exhausting it is to carry multiple symptoms without a clear, cohesive explanation.

Like many patients, I sensed there was more beneath the surface of my diagnosis. The care I received didn’t always align with my belief in the body’s capacity for healing, and I often felt unheard or without meaningful relief. That experience deeply shaped how I now listen, question, and approach care.

Today, I’m committed to offering patients the kind of care I once needed—care that is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in evidence—so you feel heard, informed, and supported as we work toward lasting, sustainable health.

Outside of the clinic, I prioritize the same foundations I encourage in practice—movement, nourishment, time outdoors, and connection—whether that’s adventuring with my dog Moose, practicing yoga, cooking plant-based meals, gardening, or spending time with family and friends.

My Approach

Naturopathic Doctors (NDs) vary widely in the conditions they treat, the diagnostic tools they use, and how they approach care. Given the investment of both time and resources, it’s important to work with a practitioner whose values, philosophy, and clinical approach align with your health goals.

While I bring training and experience in naturopathic medicine, you are the expert on your own body and life. My role is to help you make sense of your symptoms, provide perspective, and equip you with the knowledge and tools needed to navigate your health with greater clarity and confidence.

I believe the body has an innate capacity to heal when properly supported. My job is not to override that process, but to help identify what’s interfering, what’s missing, and what will best support healing—based on evidence, physiology, and your individual capacity.

I’m here to guide, support, and walk alongside you—but the healing itself doesn’t come from me. It begins with you. Together, we work collaboratively toward meaningful, sustainable change.

If you’re curious to see whether this approach feels like the right fit, I invite you to book a complimentary ‘Meet and Greet’ visit. I would be honoured to explore whether we’re a good match and how we might work together toward your health goals.

Gain clarity. Understand your body. Take the next step.
