Interested, but hesitant? Still have questions? Let’s connect first!
I offer complimentary discovery calls to provide you with the opportunity to experience what it's like to work with me, learn more, and share any questions or concerns about your unique situation and health goals. I recommend all new patients consider booking a ‘meet & greet’.
I look forward to connecting with you!

This in-depth consultation (up to 60 minutes) may be held in-person or online via phone or video call. An initial intake is required for all new patients.
What does the initial visit involve? During this appointment, we will review your comprehensive health history, current symptoms and concerns, and discuss your future health goals. We will begin planning your treatment — which may include lab testing, lifestyle modifications, acupuncture, IV vitamin infusions, iron infusions, key supplements, and/or prescriptions.
How to prepare for your first consultation? Please complete the intake forms prior to your appointment. Additionally, gather any previous laboratory or imaging results, along with a list of your current diagnoses, supplements, and medications (including brands and dosages, if possible).

Follow-up visits are typically up to 30 minutes long, allowing time to check in, adjust treatment protocols, and continue supporting you on your journey toward your health goals. Once care is established, we’ll determine the appropriate timing and frequency of future visits based on your needs. Short check-ins and extended appointments are also available as needed.

In-person acupuncture can be a powerful addition to your treatment plan, supporting the body’s natural healing and helping to balance mind, body, and spirit. It’s commonly used for musculoskeletal pain, injuries, and overall wellness.
Sessions begin with a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) tongue and pulse assessment, followed by a personalized acupuncture protocol. Cupping therapy is often included, along with facial and/or body acupuncture as appropriate. Optimal results are seen with 5–7 weekly or biweekly sessions, followed by monthly maintenance.
Blended sessions—acupuncture combined with your naturopathic follow-up—are available to continue treatment while reviewing health goals.
Facial acupuncture focused visits enhance skin health as a natural, non-invasive alternative to cosmetic procedures. Each session includes a TCM diagnosis, skin assessment, and facial acupuncture.
Worried about needles? We use very fine, gentle needles—and I’m happy to show you what they look like. Acupressure (needle-free) options are also available.
Cupping therapy can be offered on its own or combined with acupuncture.
