My Philosophy
I am a Naturopathic Doctor…
Who seeks to explore and understand all of your symptoms, head to toe, inside and out;
Who views you as a whole, interconnected person, rather than as a collection of symptoms or a diagnosis;
Who takes the time complete a thorough health history and to investigate the cause of dysfunction;
Who meets you where you're at, respects, and listens to your opinions, ideas, and capacity, judgment-free;
Who is strives to bridge the gap between conventional and alternative therapies;
Who has multiple tools in my toolkit and seeks to use the least invasive interventions possible;
Who is willing to go back to the drawing board each a time there is a roadblock;
Who integrates empathetic mentorship with intentional efforts;
Who is invested in your health long-term;
Who aims to inspire and inform you along the way;
Who is dedicated to helping you build a strong foundation of health, rooted in your unique identity and inner wisdom.
My Story
How I made my passion a reality:
I embraced a holistic approach after struggling deeply with my own health. I genuinely understand the frustration and overwhelm that is driving you to seek out alternative forms of care.
After navigating a decade-long struggle with a mysterious autoimmune disease (and associated anxiety, IBS, acne, and chronic pain - to name a few), Naturopathic Medicine became my path to healing.
Through my own healing journey, I felt discouraged when my voice was neglected. I knew there was more to my diagnosis and the recommendations I received did not align with my belief system nor bring relief from my debilitating symptoms.
After 4800 hours of academics, 1200 hours of clinical training, 100 professional development hours and 125 hours spent precepting with other physicians, I had the privilege of earning my doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine.
I am now committed to ensuring others have the same access to the resources and information that I did, so they can find lasting relief and get back to living a wholesome life.
Outside of the clinic, you can find me taking my dog, Moose, on an adventure, attempting a new vegan recipe, or spending time with family and friends!
I believe you; your symptoms are real. I am here to listen. I am here to help.

How does naturopathic medicine fit into your life?
Investing in healthcare is one of the most important decisions you can make for yourself. When you prioritize your well-being, you’re not just protecting yourself from illness; you’re also enhancing your physical, mental, and emotional resilience.
Health is the foundation for your daily activities and long-term goals. Preventative care, such as regular check-ups, screenings, and healthy lifestyle choices, allows us to detect potential issues early and reduce the risk of chronic disease.
A proactive approach often lowers healthcare costs in the long run, as managing a condition early is far less expensive than treating it after it has escalated.
A solid investment in your health can improve your productivity and energy levels, enabling you to enjoy life more fully.
Remember, taking care of your health is not just about addressing illnesses when they arise; it’s about committing to a lifestyle that nurtures your full potential, leads to greater life satisfaction, and ultimately empowers you to thrive.
Make health a priority today for a healthier tomorrow.
